Hi, Pam! I’m exercising using your videos multiple times per week for the past few years. You have an amazing content! Thank you! Regarding this particular video, as somebody who sits at computer a lot and needs a good back exercise, I can tell you that my back years for exercises where my upper back muscles stretch in different ways, not where they contract. Let’s say, that in my view, a good exercise video for people sitting at the computer a lot should have roughly 80% of exercises where upper back muscles stretch and 20% where they contract, this video had roughly the opposite ratio. I hope this comment helps in creating more amazing content! Thank you one more time! :)

Having been a hard-working exercise-doer who's been practicing with your videos every day during 4-5 years, I feel so powerful and energized to be able to do all demanding exercises you instruct ❤. But last year I was diagnosed with herniated disc (because of heavy lifting in my adolescence, not because of you my dear) and sacroiliitis last week (carrying heavy stuff too) 😢. So can you make a video of some abs workout for people with those conditions? I think I really need to work out now since my belly fat is waiting for me to burn 😂, and to alleviate my conditions but I'm afraid that certain postures can exaggerate them ❤. Waiting for you.
