Sir Stoic, let’s consider this “Uninvited Guest” I prefer being the “Hopeful There Guest”! Yes, I agree, understand that Environment, you choose to enter. Then Accomplish!

@ZenithofStoics

"Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one." – Marcus Aurelius.
This video was a wake-up call. Too often, we hold onto old habits, old excuses, and an outdated version of ourselves simply because it's familiar. But as the Stoics teach, true transformation requires letting go of who we were to become who we are meant to be.I love the idea that change isn't a lifetime project; it's a decision. From this moment forward, we have the power to reshape our identity, step into discipline, and forge a stronger mind.

@maturesoul0109

It would be a huge and radical change!

@smpeljas

I agree, Sir Stoic, I look at the three (3) important “Places with my Spiritual Father, numbers 2 and 3. . Number 1 is tomorrow. I will request two (2) Official Transcripts from my VA Health Record. Put these certified copies into my carry box. I agree, about the “Power already inside your mind. Power is “King”. Be the King! Thanks You! Know exactly who you are! I’ve already considered and resolved, the dilemma. Because I know exactly what I want. Power is “Choice”. Choose to “Win”.

@cindystoic

You’ve brought me this far, cheers to continued learning. 😊

@smpeljas

Sir Stoic, the Power of the Winner is to know when NOT to engage with the Battle of the Orange Truck and the Bulldozer in Masons Beach, Deale Maryland 20751.

@smpeljas

My Beginning began about 0800 Sir Stic. I put my “Endless CHORE list onto the back of a used envelope. Got this weight out of my mind, onto the paper.

@zaver8

I can do this 💪 😇

@Rodneysteward64

I can do this.

@StoicAtlas

Most people wait for the “right mood” to take action. You won’t. Today, you start acting like the person you want to be, regardless of how you feel.

@smpeljas

I understood, Hemingway worked 4-5 hours every Morning, “Pen to Paper”, the afternoons, evenings were his “Free Time”.

@ShaunaNeubauer-z2c

I can do this

Hi. Thanks Stoic Training, an excellent message to help "middle-agers" get their "second wind" on life. I particularly like the emphasis on getting into good habits and success being the result of discipline. But transformed in "one week"? Sorry mate but great buildings do not appear overnight, each good habit is just one small brick that must be firmly mortared in place before our life's building slowly arises. (Coincidentally, the Romans invented mortar and concrete about 300 BC).

I admit to hesitating often, but only for as long as it takes me to choose the flavour, or understand relevant facts. I agree entirely that "he who hesitates is lost", but I balance this with "fools rush in where angels fear to tread". Let's be honest, philosophy, even the very best, can be delightfully ambiguous.

The best indicator of a person's mental discipline is by counting the number of "unfinished projects" he has lying around his house. I have two at present, but they're small and I couldn't care, I'm off for a walk. Cheers, P.R.

@smpeljas

Allow me to share what a seasoned Battle field winning Admiral (that’s me) knows about Sanctioned “War”. Simply put, “Do not Engage”. Conserve precious resources for those “Battles” I know I can win! Successful Battle Winers, allow those to squander their precious resources, tiring their men and knowing the repeated mistakes, they will make in these next seven (7) days. Allow it. Do not engage. I’m doing what I set out to do, …That’s the difference between a Winner , and men who choose to flex muscle and then grow tired and “Lazy”, shouting same slogans and reveling in their “manhood”.
