Already ordered the cookbook earlier this morning, the QR code is genius! I have been using my new wok for a couple of weeks now and cannot wait to try this recipe, as well. A couple of things I noticed is that with the high heat of the carbon steel wok, the veggies continue to cook for a while after you take them out to set them aside. So, the instruction to take them out when just starting to get tender is really important to prevent overdone veggies. One more thing, be sure to keep the kitchen door closed and either open a window and/or put on the overhead fan when cooking, as that smoking wok can set off your smoke alarm if you are not careful!! But getting it that hot is essential, as Mandy says, for proper results. This channel has upgraded my stir-fry -- thank you so much!

Thank you! I ordered your cookbook, excited for you. Congratulations! I cook your soy sauce noodles recipe( without the chili) with my 4 year old granddaughter on the weekends. She mixes the sauce ingredients in a cup and the watches me stir fry. We also make chow fun once in awhile. Looking forward to trying your recipe with her.
