Ingredients (for 2 serve) 100 gm boiled chickpeas 2 tsp mint chutney for each wrap 1 whole wheat tortilla for each wrap Paneer & capsicum Masala Mozarella Cheese 20 g for each wrap Directions To make paneer & Capsicum Masala (2 serve) In a pan add 50 gm sliced onions, 40 gm mix bell peppers. Sauté for 4-5 min. Add 100 gm paneer, salt as taste, black pepper powder, oregano & red chilli flakes. To make a wrap, Take a whole wheat tortilla wrap, spread mint chutney on half of it. Now, add mashed Chana on it along with 1 portion of capsicum & paneer Masala, mozarella cheese. Fold it, either grill in toaster or cook on pan. Cut into half & enjoy your meal.
