My dad showed me this marveling at the animation. Weeks... Months... Not seeing him and to this day he still holds a passion for art and the ability to just create a scenario with the technology we have today. I love my dad, his passion for making art will not fade with him, and though this is some random video of two fictional characters falling through the skies, it holds a place in my life now.

This maybe a YouTube feature but this is cinematic stuff. Once both men enter the stratosphere/upper atmosphere it’s breathtaking. The attention to detail in the sound editing, cinematography, VFX, editing is sublime. A fine piece of work. Utterly rewatchable and easily the most bonafide piece of fan art on YouTube.

I’ve happily watched this over and over with my boy. It’s the little things that really make this. Hulk’s small reaction when they break the sound barrier at 3:04, the saliva(?) escaping his mouth when he regains consciousness. The awesome change of music when they’re in orbit. F**** awesome
