I had originally planned to by an M3 Air maxed out, and at the time it was A$3599, when the M4 was released, I decided to go base M4 chip but upgraded to 24gb/2tb, and was only A$100 more for what I had planned to spend on the Air, it was a no brainer considering the the extra ports and better display. I had thought about the nano-texture, but my MacBook is pretty much in clamshell mode 95% of the time.

I just bought a MacBook M4 pro, 14 inch, nano display, 24gb ram, 512 megabytes memory. I am upgrading from M1 MacBook Pro. I almost bought the Air, but the screen was a turn off. I have my fingers crossed that it is the right choice.

I wanted the M4 model because of the brighter screen. But I settled with the M3 Pro because of the amazing deal MicroCenter had last week. 16” M3 Pro 36GB RAM/512GB storage for only $1,799 brand new. downside was the space black was the only color available.

just got my BASE M4 pro a week ago, after eying the last M3 base model since last year; I can say with certainty that this is such an amazing great value laptop. Even though it's expensive relative to other brands it's well worth it in my opinion.😁

I could get an M4 Pro bind or get the M4 MacBook Pro 32GB of RAM and a nano texture display and I went with the normal M4 because it can handle games and is already overpowered

i loved my touch bar on my I9 8core, now i have a M3 Max 14 inch and a brand new 16 inch M4 Max and I really miss the cool touch bar. I loved looking at my emoji's all hanging out and being able to slide my finger for certain apps or functions
