The only thing KMCA is saying is that New Jeans needs to do it the LEGAL way. They can't just say they're ending their contracts, there needs to be checks and balances for these things. And there are striking and eerie similarities between Newjeans and Fifty Fifty case (producer manipulating a girlgroup and their families to go against their company, coaxing them, claiming cases of abuse...). It does set a precedence on what these contracts even mean if artists can so easily get out of them. New Jeans are trying to get out the easy way and avoid legal fines, but if their case is really as strong as they claim, they need to provide evidence of how exactly Hybe/Ador has validated the contract.

The tampering will have to be proved in court This blacklisting will mostly not apply to NJ or Ablume because you can not retroactive punish someone by law. The JYJ law does not apply here, because tampering is considered a justified cause. To everyone saying that Hybe probably paid the KMCA off, let's be real. Hybe is the 7th biggest company on the council. Do you really think Sony, Universal and Warner music would take a bribe, when they own 70% of the global music shares.I genuinely don't think any of these companies are going to risk a bribery charge for a groups that aren't even their's. Hybe is currently worth around 5 billion. Sony, Universal and Warner is worth together over 70 billion. Kakao, Genie (KT corporation) and Naver are all bigger than Hybe. Hybe is not that powerful. All they're saying about NJ is to either talk it out with Ador or sort things out in court. The only people talking about blacklisting NJ is the fans. Hope this helpsđ so don't freak out

Itâs very clear, if you choose to abandon your contract, you are NOT free to toddle off and use the companyâs name, brand deals, music and the like elsewhere while the legalities have yet to be sorted out. Award shows are included in that because you are being recognized as the group name. Hanni has become her âmotherâs daughterââŠsheâs like the cat that ate the canary - delusional; as for the rest of them, I think have seen the writing on the wall and arenât so sure anymore. They absolutely do not look happy. The odds are stacked against them and definitely against MHJ. One advertising company had already announced they will not be renewing their contract with the group.

The problem is that newjeans and bunnies think they are above the law and this pisses me off Just because you sold a million copies of your album and got lucky enough to debut under a big company and got good promotions, doesn't mean they are above the general public and above the law and that's why huge associations are speaking up No one in the real world, a 9-5 worker for example just expect to stop showing up to their work one day and then publicly talk bad about company, get a new job all without terminating their contract with the company, especially in a country like Korea, there is a chance that the person could actually not find jobs after this since reputation and job history is really important in korea So do you see how it's so hypocritical of newjeans to do this? Besides, now companies WILL make contracts super stirct because of the stunt newjeans are pulling cause otherwise the industry would collapse so they are not doing good for anyone, most groups who are under bad companies probably don't have the money or power or solid enough fandom to actually leave their companies, just like gaeun from maiden, she literally got SAed and no one cared, this was happening the same time and newjeans but most of the people saying the care about mistreatment ,didn't even care enough to talk about gaeun, so no they are not doing and good for these idols and if anything they are making it worse cause companies don't wanna lose investors The investors, invest money into the company and a predebut group, expecting long term, specificly a 7 year, interest and benefit and newjeans can't just say that they "already payed back what the investors spent" cause the investors, everywhere around the world, dont want to just loan money to groups or companies and then get it payed back, they want additional money, just like getting a loan from the bank,you also pay interests This is why I say newjeans fans are either choosing trying to block all the facts because the like the girls or are truly so young that they have never gotten a real job or had to deal with consequences

i hope all parties reach an agreement , good for all. would hate to see them suffer like Jessica did. at least i have all of new jeans music. love them. in my opinion i believe they are being manipulated. not saying they don't have true complaints, but it may have been settled by now if not for manipulation.
