I used to be so involved in orchestra music, I was in multiple youth orchestras and I attended these music summer camps every summer. I stopped when I got to college, but I'm just remembering those moments I took for granted. When I was watching musicians on the stage with awe playing these beautiful solos and just getting so inspired. When I was able to play with an orchestra and feel that community creating beauty together. When I would go into the practice rooms and hear everyone playing their own little beautiful solo. Those hours of rehearsing with my small ensemble and literally just creating magic with four instruments. Ugh. I took it all for granted. Music literally creates communities that can't be replaced anywhere else, because everyone shares a love for something. Now I'm in college and everybody's just trying to get their degree and get out.
I wish I wasnt listening to this masterpiece while studying for math, but in cafe while reading my fav book 😓
this is a beautiful playlist. a note to myself and anyone else who is in a difficult spot especially in academic need of validation. you're doing everything you can and i see you, we see you. thank you for not giving up. keep doing what you're doing to the fullest and think of those who believe in you and everything you do. remember school isn't everything and shouldn't dictate who you are at the end of the day, because you are more than those grades you worked hard for, you are more than comparing yourself and your negative thoughts. there is life beyond what you see important at the moment. don't give up, you got this. - a note to myself as I'm going through my first year of university, this is you days after turning 18, this is you thinking you are so stuck without an escape, there is more to you, and i hope i go back to this as comment when i finish university. with love 18 year old you.
This music feels like stardust falling gently on my thoughts—so calming
This is by far one of the best playlists I've stumbled upon in the last months.

So I just put this on while my teacher was lecturing and I was taking notes. Who knew the Spanish American war was so interesting and gut wrenching. This playlist brought out the emotion of learning! I love it!!
