Years ago l was on a lot of medication and feeling so unwell and couldn’t go out as the medication caused me to have problems with affecting my body big time.
I read about honey and cinnamon l tried it first thing in the morning and it worked in some warm water. It’s great with coffee as well
This was awesome to feel better again

I love cinnamon as an addition to my red beans. I usually use it in my chicken stews too!:A pinch or two goes a long way! In a more metaphysical sense I use it to invite prosperity into my home!

Brushing teeth with cinnamon also removes sensitivity. If you soak a cinnamon stick in boiling water, then let it set for a few days leaving the cinnamon stick in it, you will see it has a similar taste and effect of orajel for toothaches. This also replaces sensodyne. Probably why it also helps upset stomach. Natural numbing effect.
