If your lower back hurts, you have excessive anterior pelvic tilt (ATP). You're putting too much emphasis on stickn your butt out, rather than tightening your core and squeezing the upper glutes to properly support and stabalize the spine.
I just love all your workouts. I have been working out at the gym for more than 5 years, and I just recently started home workouts thanks to your videos. I could easily say that I have never seen so many results in such a short period. It just feels like your 10- 20 minutes workouts are more effective than hitting the gym for 1 hour minimum.
