Bruce is simply magnificent... this song reflects his genius on the piano. Bruce Hornsby and the Range marks anyone's life.
One day we'll walk in the sun . I believe
I was in a local record store back in 1995 when I saw this song on a BMG music sampler CD. It turned out to be the most memorable and enjoyable track on the disc. Haven't heard this song in a long time, and it was nice to find it again.
Just saw Bruce tonight live in Clearwater. Never knew the song was about a guy working the strip bar! 😮 Ive always loves the melody as Bruce is a musical genius! Discovered him 1985 while stationed in Munich, Germany!
Bruce had a concert outside in the summer of 2004/5 in Asheville NC. I requested this song. He played it. This song is significant b/c...gravity of the sun holds the planets in their orbits.
Great tune both lyrically and musically.
Great song, extremely under-valued artist.
This song means a lot to me when my sister was in the hospital and we were so far from her. Making a road trip while listening to this song.
This album was in essence a carryover of his success in the 80's as he rolled over into more quintessential laidback music. Great memories from the summer of 1995.
Hornsby has always been our, the next generation's, version of Aaron Copeland and Irving Berlin. Quintessential American music. American optimism.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Bruce Hornsby has been one of my favorites since high school in the mid ‘80s to 1990 This particular song reminds me of ‘95..got married then , still together :) His songs always take me back.
for me, it is impossible to not love this artist's musicality and brilliance.....he is and has been a driving force in our music of the last 30+ years
His music transcends time and he does not get the recognition that he deserves!
Ohhh this song makes me feel good, like to sing this with bruce...😜😍🌷 kiss, the music is really soft and inspiring..
I got this CD from my Dad in 1995. Clock turns back now that I'm listening to this song!☺
Super song
Basta acreditar e ter fé em Deus que o sol nascerá amanha
Only artist I ever paid a scalped ticket for. No regret.
