I've been trying to convince EAC to rip this for a couple of hours (including time spend sifting forums) with no luck. Apparently some optical drives cannot read anything before what they are convinced is zero, so even though "Instructions unclear! Disc caught..." applies, and I may be trying to do the wrong things in the wrong order, I may just need a better disc drive.
I appreciate being able to at least hear what I am missing, and hope one day to listen to the full definition version, sitting not more than 12 inches away from me, pressed onto a shiny disc in a pretty box.
