Thank you for the video. I test rode the NIU XQi3 at Electrify Expo earlier this May in Long Beach, CA. Although I have range concerns with the 32ah battery, the bike is solid, looks great, and one of its biggest selling points is definitely that it is indeed street legal. The representative (very nice and informative) there told me the bike was already ready for preorders, and even though the website still shows "coming soon", you can contact NIU Sales to place an order in the USA.
