@idoblenderstuffs

This is what I've done with my Steam deck for a very long time now. I got it during the 1 year sale and I've been just using it as my PC since my previous one was less powerful than the steam deck. I primarily use it for Blender and Unity stuff (ironically the basically the one thing you said you might not do it on) and it honestly works fine. I also felt like just still using the Linux operating system, which I was initially doing out of laziness but I've ended up having a great time with it.

@robkinney1974

I have the Legion Go. I like it quite a bit. I'm looking forward to Lenovo continuously improving the software and UI.

@MeepWasTaken

Honestly, the Legion Go is a super cool device. The idea of owning a machine that can be used as a handheld, a tablet, AND a desktop PC is pretty appealing. It could honestly be a viable alternative to having a traditional desktop or laptop as your main device.That being said I own a Steam Deck, an RTX 3070 powered desktop, and I just ordered an ROG Ally. So obviously I'm not planning on getting this one at the moment.

Perhaps in the future I'll switch over and sell my desktop rig and Ally but for now I'm just gonna refrain from spending more money lol. But it is pretty cool what Lenovo did here.

@CraigHutcheon

You're videos are incredibly helpful. I'm not super into specs and tech jargon, so I really appreciate your straightforward approach

@Train-Simulator-Neil

Thanks so much for producing this video about using the Legion Go with a dock and a monitor, this has really helped my decision about buying the Legion Go. Regards Neil (UK)

@netrodex

you know many companies tried to aim at gaming, but ! in the end of the day was much more... like I have the steam deck for the games I play, old and new, and at the moment I'm using my laptop for music and videos. I installed win on the deck to work as a full pc for awhile, blow me away! I made a whole song on it. Who knows what the future holds, but so far! once my laptop dies, I'm getting a handheld to work. I don't wanna duel boot linux.. hahaha the competition is growing and this is good.

@evelynnuno7997

Thank you I’ve been looking for a video like this for my legion go

@Bag-Of-Hammers

This thing is taking over my gaming laptop. When you buy this and log in to your Windows account, it installs all of your favorite files, bookmarks, home page......If you are a PC guy and know and use Windows, THIS is a great device to have. It will make you feel right at home and ready to Go.

@PhilTParker

Get your money ready. It’s all about speed. You want Thunderbolt (or “TB” 4. Then it’s about I/O ports. The Ivanky dock isn’t TB4 but if you use it, you can EASILY buy some USB 3 to USB C converters. They are tiny and add almost nothing to the hub’s footprint. But I’m sidelining my Ivanky and going with an Acasis TB 4 hub. It has three TB 4 USB C outs which is great. To make use of TB4 ports though (and at that point you are almost THERE), you are going to need devices which send data at the highest speeds possible.

I use my Lenovo Legion Go as both a PC and also for some gaming. I have all kinds of games installed…from DCS Flight Simulator to Halo Infinite, Star Trek Infinite and Battlestar Resurgence. So many titles to have fun with…and also the productivity option is off the charts with Windws, all of the office apps and AI (I use Google Bard).

@SanchezCPT

You’re done perfectly fine. Keep up the good work. I come to you when I need help with certain things or materials to get get for steam deck and now the legion go. Thanks for doing these videos. You should start making settings videos?? Option for the future!

@zombhaze

Thanks for this video. I have been debating switching to this so that I can travel with it better. My laptop is just bulky and heavy when traveling. I was concerned about using it with a monitor, so this helps me feel much better!

@carlitopicache629

You’re off to a good start I think. Chill delivery, pleasant. I think maybe work to not have to hold the mic. But otherwise, I enjoyed the video. It’s a more accurate real life depiction of how to really put these gaming devices to use in our day to day. Keep it up, man.

@Oho159

this is what i needed. compating new toys :) thank you :)

@5silrs

Great video man, happy to see you on my feed again. Keep it coming

@Temperature980

Legion go with 2 ports makes it more reliable. One can be for charging while the other can connect to monitor and it keeps the heat under control.

@Expectation69

thanks im trying to buy a lenovo legion go as my daily driver and this video is very helpful

@Quest1k

That squeak noise made my dogs he’d bend every time 😂

@kaz0000us

Great Job- keep them coming .

@wolframluchner5316

Try the GPD G1 instead. It‘s an eGPU, a TB4 dock, SD Card Reader and 60W PD Charger all in one. It alsohas HDMI 2.1 and two DP 1.4 Ports. Needs merely ansinge cable to your handheld. Less Cluster, more Performance. Job done.

@dudeistguru4090

Great vid, everything I needed to know. Cheers bro
