@Shraddha Parashar since you seem to have somehow managed to get in touch with APS, please make some suggestions and help out your fellow Indians trying to get into Germany just like you did. Some points I hope you can bring to their attention: 1. Set-up of helpline/ email /any form of contact with APS to track application status. 2. Increase number of centres/employees to be able to handle the applications. This seems to be a very hasty move implemented by the german government and poor execution by the APS "agency", first of all they charge a high fees of 18000 rs, and there is nothing to show for it. They don't seem to be well equipped at all to handle as many applications as they should have known would come their way. I paid the fees, sent them my documents in the start of November and till now there is no single update, despite me having sent 5 queries on their website which no one seems to be looking at. This is a very unprofessional manner of taking advantage of students who are desperate. My deadline is approaching on 15th January and looking at the way things are, most likely I will have to miss the summer intake, which I had planned with a lot of hardship and difficulties. In order to catch 10% 'so called' fraud students, they have messed up the plans of 90% students, what is the sense in this? Seems very discriminatory in nature too.

You should also make a separate video stating the difficulties faced by us students, waiting for aps certificates since 1.5 months. Most students are at a high risk of losing summer intake!! What in the world 😖

Even after the APS certificate is received, there are no slots available at VFS Delhi. Those who received the certificate a month back, are waiting for an appointment slot at VFS.. It's extremely annoying for those who have already missed a semester . The worst part is that vfs centres in other cities have slots available for the very next day.. Why is Delhi so slow?

Hello, I have a query regarding my state of the application and am a bit unclear on when to apply for APS certification. So I'm currently a student who has completed his 6 of 8 semesters in Engineering and I'm planning for pursuing my master's in Germany in Sep/Oct intake 2023. I'd be having my transcripts from just 7 semesters by June 2023 and would have completed my Degree. But I'd rather not have my provisional certificate in hand, nor my whole 8 Semester transcripts. So would those 7 semesters' transcripts be enough to apply for APS certification? And would I be needed to apply for my 8th-semester transcript and Degree completion certificate separately after I receive them in Nov/Dec 2023 if my 7 semester grade sheets are enough to proceed with applying for APS and Visa?

I had submitted my docs to aps mentioned location by myself on 8th nov and it's been over 2 months till i had applied . My classes will start on march but i don't have aps certificate till now . They are not reverting to any query or mail . Now the situation is that the visa slots of jan and feb are fully booked. And march slots will open on jan end but i didn't have certificate to apply . Even till now i won't get any payment verification mail of 18000 rupees . There is no single intimation from their end that they are processing my application or not . Now i'm a little bit worried about aps process

Hi , i had a query regarding aps . i delivered my docs by myself on 8th nov and putted my envalope in their dropbox and mentioned my details like token no , name ,address , aps address on envalope . After that i came home back . On 4th nov in aps news it is stated that aps is not offering public office hours and it is stated to mail application . I have not recieved any update from when till i applied for my aps . Is any update is not coming because i delivered my documents by myself or they will not allow to recieve my application because i don't sent it by post . Till now i haven't recieved even payment verification mail . Please suggest something on it and think about it . I am really worried about it because it's more than 2 month

Hello! Please resolve the issues facing by the students to get APS certificate.It is taking too much time and there is no response from them and the site is not working properly. We got admit for summer intake and Aps taking too much time and then wait list for visa is in huge number and the time is less for us. Please reach this all issues to the higher officials and ask them to waveoff APS for this summer intake, if not prioritise the students who got admission first and ask them to provide APS with in a month since to proceed for further visa. This is the humble request from the all the students, if we are unite and make the issues reach to them, they will respond positively. Thank you.

Shraddha, please assist as APS India(New Delhi) is taking lot of time. They don't respond at all and no other way to contact except one email ID. Request you to please take this issue up for all of us. I am still waiting for my certificates. My whole process is getting delayed now... Please assist.

@Shraddha Parashar- Well conducted interview with German Ambassador. Please address another issue with him. People have started receiving APS CERTIFICATE, however appointments in NEW DELHI & CHENNAI VFS are waitlisted for 25-30 days whereas, appointments are available next day at Mumbai or Bangalore VFS (I tried it on 17th Jan and appointment was easily available for 18th Jan+ tried on 18th Jan and appointment available for 19th Jan) .Delhi and Chennai students are struggling a lot . VFS are not helpful at all. Please help as no one is helping.

I am in my 8th sem, and I wish to pursue my masters in the winter sem. One of the requirements for masters is the Provisional Degree Certificate, and my university clearly stated that they will not issue it until the 3rd week of July, in that sense I will lose many application opportunities as they have clearly mentioned that the application will be rejected if we submit incomplete documents for both APS and universities applications. Can you please help.
