Every fossil pokemon you introduced should have an evolution
For the ghost-type fossil, I always envisioned it being themed around a more extreme case of the resurrection process being flawed, with an outright failure leading to an undead Pokémon being created instead of the actual fossil
Hey I don't know if you see your comments, but videos like this "fossil, or route 1 of every tipe" are the best. Super happy when one of these pop up on my YT. Funny suggestion, mythical pokemon of every type!
I really like the Normal-Type Fossil Pokémon and the Ghost-Type! I think these two would be perfect choices for version exclusives because the former has the black and white color scheme (hence the word 'gray' in their names) whereas the latter has color in its design (in its case, purple since it fits the Ghost typing)!
Pyrosaur is my favorite of the lot! Since I’m a Spino fan, I was naturally drawn to the design of this fossil Pokémon and I really like how the dorsal spine is made of fire with this one. I really hope to see an actual Spino fossil Pokémon is the games someday and hope it turns out similarly cool as Pyrosaur.😄
8:00 okay, the coloration is freaking sick.
The totem pole is definitely the most creative fossil Pokémon I have seen in a long time
16:19 Oh hey, it's Jurrac Spinos.
I like Distortoise's design a lot, but I also think that a Ground-type fossil wouldn't necessarily need to also have the Rock type. Fossils are found underground.
My favorites of these fossil Pokémon you came up with are Granine, Fangray and Cambaruse!
I like all these fakemon designs though my favorite has to be Prototem due to it reminding me of the blitties from Mario and Luigi Bowsers inside story
My favorite is definitely Camberuse! It’s origin is fascinating and the design is adorable! Mortosaur is second and my favorite fossil from the cardinal series!
I personally expected the Poison type one to be the Sinornithosaurus, but that's also a neat direction.
Okay, wow, venodon is FANTASTIC!!!
Felt like the Fire type fossil Pokemon should've been based off the Pyroraptor, a dinosaur that was discovered in a forest fire in 1992, hence the name
I am IN LOVE with Camberuse!! I could actually see its evolution possessing a handful of dark type moves (between its origin and the idea of mischief), and this primary/base evolution stage having Fake Tears and Foul Play in its moveset!
Pokemon Xenoverse fan game also added new fossils, and Youngabunga was more or less in the game as an ancient monkey. It was Normal/Rock though
Turning Spinosaurus, an aquatic, dinosaur into a Fire-type is the definition of Irony.
Failed resurrection would be a cool way to get a ghost fossil. Ghost nails are a thing in archaeology which would be a cool ghost fossil too.
