A great thing about Hercules cordless tools is they have a 5 year warranty which is one of the best out there.

@jimmyyounger618

I was looking for a particular 2 pack of Hercules batteries when a Harbor Freight associate called my attention to an advertised promotion I was unaware of: If you bought a 1 pack of their larger AH batteries, you could select 1 FREE Tool from a list of tools in the deal. I already had one of everything I saw except for the Hercules cordless bandsaw. So, for the price of a battery, I got a free portable bandsaw in the deal! Just as the quality of Harbor Freight products has come up, some of their special offers are amazing.

I’ve been waiting for this to release forever. I use Milwaukee for work and have been wanting one of these but didn’t want to spend 200-300 on a Milwaukee one. I’ve started using Hercules at home and honestly have been very impressed. Had Hercules been this good at the beginning of my career I would have went the Hercules route with all my tools. I’m already beginning to see some of our guys switch over to Hercules from some of the big names. Will definitely be picking one of these up, once they’re available at my store.

@CraigHollabaugh

Looks good, got it on my list. I bought that band saw on "buy the battery, get the tool free sale." Thanks TW.

Good review. HF quality has definitely been improving. I'm a DIYer and needed a second angle grinder to keep from switching from cutting wheel to flap disc for a bumper project I was working on. My original grinder was a yellow one, and I didn't want to drop a lot of money on another. I went with a Hercules corded grinder and now its the first one I reach for. Had it now for a couple of years with nary a problem.

@joshuaserbin1964

I picked up the hyper tough 12v right angle die grinder. It has a collet lock and only needs one wrench. With a 6ah battery, & charger i think i paid about 107. Super happy with it!

@1pcfred

That tool looks like it does the business to me. $59 is a lot less than $199 too. Milwaukee had better look out. Harbor Freight is coming for them.

@refurbansuburban

Thanks! A well thought out and executed lesson. I appreciate the great editing and camera shoots that go into these videos. Well done! I’ll put the little cordless on the list.

@dragonfalcon8474

I'm normally team Black&Yellow, but I have multiple HF Hercules brushless tools, and I LOVE THEM.

@Baljeetbenchot

I was just about to spend the 200 and get the Milwaukee one too thanks for saving me money!!

@BarryCouch

Harbor Freight can definitely be hit or miss on tools but I have had zero issues with the Bauer and Hercules lines, great affordable options for the home DIYer

@lvalle1994

When I was an electrician milwaukee was my go to but now, having my own business and practicing fabrication on the side, hercules has been a huge help especial when it comes to cost and quality of the tools they got. Definitely gonna be expanding more into hercules rather than the more expensive brands

@terrydawson5304

I havent seen that one yet but got to have it. Being a machinist i use this tool everyday i have 3 of the with different tools in them but they are air.

@guywihn1658

Hyper Tough a Walmart brand has a brushless die grinder with speed control. It came with a battery and charger for less than $50. I like it as much as my Milwaukee.

@marktaylor6837

Thanks Tim for the review. Really like your channel. Tons of great advice for us rookies. 👍

@CarlS-bb7yu

I've been using both the 20v and 12v Hercules tools since they really started filling out the lineup. In the 12v line, I have several of the "screw drivers" that have run thousands of screws into hardwood building furniture and cabinets. They have served me well for what i do at a pretty good discount over red or yellow... The differences in refinements from the other brands out there are not a deal breaker for me nor a reason to dig deeper into my wallette... I have yet to need the warantee on any of them (thankfully), but i did have an issue with a red tool and it was a total pain to get it resolved. Anything else I have had to warantee with HF has been a fairly painless process.. just my .02

@phillipsmith5013

I just saw this tool on the HF app. In the new tool section last night.
And then I look for a review. So thanks. I do own the Milwaukee one also. And I want the HF one for home use. I'm a red tool guy also. But with HF 5 year tool and 3 year battery warranty on Hercules, I think I'm going to start buying them❤.

@MikeW-u4z

The M12 2.5ah battery is a high output battery, so without factoring that in the Milwaukee had 25% more wattage available to drive the motor. I would recommend the Hercules 12V 4ah battery.

Thanks fir doing the comparison and posting it.

@JimmyParker-y3n

My Milwaukee bogs and stops too easy. I've learned to love and hate it. Just my opinion.

@josephnavarro3620

Good review. I'm been trying to get one the last two days but even though all the stores in my area show it in stock it's only been one in each store set aside for display that they haven't put out yet.
