I listen to this on full blast so my wife thinks I'm smart.
can't go a day without my Enantioselective Hydrogenation of Carbonyls and Imines fix
The thematic variation from one video to the next is amazing. From "Another Update on Subboor Ahmad the Whiny Toddler Coward" to "Enantioselective Hydrogenation of Carbonyls and Imines".
Hey Dave, I just finished the debate video with Jesse Lee Peterson. I'm so sorry you had to go through that, that shit was insane lmao
I first came to your channel seven years ago when you started dipping into math and physics related content. Since then I've been watching those videos as well as your debunking content and I want to say you're an absolute inspiration. In fact, your content on James Tour and other biological explanations for origin of life have sort of sparked an interest in chemistry for me. I am currently studying CS and Statistics at a university, so I don't really have room in my schedule or time to take chemistry courses for credit, and while you've certainly carried me in a lot of my career knowledge so far, I'm a little overwhelmed by the amount of chemistry content on your channel. I wanted to ask what playlists/content from your channel or anywhere else should I watch when it comes to building a foundational understanding of chemistry with the goal of understanding the field at a deep enough level to be able to better keep up with more complicated topics like the ones you cover in this video.
You're a best teacher 🥰🥰❤
Dude, Joe Rogan did a vid with Bret Weinstein - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE debunk
Hell yeah, this is what I subbed for <3
Taking Chemistry again in university this summer so ima need refreshers
I was literally talking to my gf about making my own stuff and hydrogenation / hydrogen, (nilered video about oil>non saturated to saturated.) and this is why I subbed to all the free education. This is exactly the random info I need to continue educating between classes/work. Only doing small tests for education purposes, and since TheThoughtEmporium is doing SlimeMold playing Doom, it's not far off from making SlimeMold a better league of legends player than my team mates. lol.
Enantioselective hydrogenation of carbonyls and imines needs a container. FAX.
Mostly the one people use for reduction is the CBS-BH3 complex.
Isn't this a really important subject current events-wise ? I've seen some recent stories about the dangers of laboratories wanting to experiment with production of mirror chiral molecules. Granted this video is about hydrogenation of the molecules and not their synthesis.
My goal is to watch all your videos. I will start today
Dave is scary intelligent
Hi Dave, there is a new interesting video that I stumbled upon. „Quantum Information Panpsychism Explained | Federico Faggin“ The guy was involved in the invention of the first CPU and he is a physicist and a renowned scientist with a lot of experience. He is also talking about scientism. He mentioned that science gets in its own way, in certain places, and it stops the progress. Your opinion about him and the video would be interesting.
Jon Jones is the GOAT
