Interesting. I struggle with subject horribly… I know my overtaking began when I heard silence horrible silence after my parents hours of battles yelling and physically… I could not stand the silence afterwards hectic thought my mother was dead… It’s been an issue for a long time. I’m going to practice this… thank you!
