I've been seeing Rivian trucks and SUVs around the road here on my commute. I'm glad there's more options of decent EV out there. The way it is priced right now I can't afford it but I'm hopeful eventually I can get one used at a price point I can afford.

Honestly my favourite EV SUV by far, especially since as tested here there is SO MUCH space. Sat in this at the Toronto Auto Show last year and at 6’ tall with longer legs I still manage to fit decently comfortably in the absolute rearmost seats. I just wish they would make a lower cost R1S with some features removed, like the adjusting suspension or other specific niceties to bring the price lower for more average persons like myself. At a starting price over $100K in Canada with zero options to lease, it’s… it’s kinda prohibitively expensive. That said, I do see a fair number of them all around the greater Toronto Area so clearly people are figuring out their numbers to be able to afford it lol. I’m also most definitely aware of the R2 coming, but the R2 is not a 3row vehicle which I frequently have needed so… yeah. Waiting for those battery prices to come down even more lol.

Enjoyed the videos as always. I like Rivian and hope to get the R3 when It comes out. Just not a ton of service and stores in my area. When I do buy a car I like to have it serviced by the dealer if possible.

Handsome looking vehicle inside and out with many nice features. I would miss Apple Car Play as well, not sure about all functions on a screen while driving, some buttons would be nice. Hope Rivian succeeds and continues to improve their brand, listening to customers. Great family review!

We placed a deposit for a Rivian R2. When that happens, goodbye, Tesla mY!!!! I hope and pray Rivian succeeds and flourishes. I like the look, the design and the overall driveability of the SUV.
