Yes, they are easy to make! When I was a kid I had the Betty Crocker Recipe Card Library. One of my favs was the Almond Puff, choux over a pastry crust, almond icing and slivered almonds on top. Even made my own orange version. Flavoring and peel in the icing.

I've made these several times with your recipe and they are amazing every time. My friends love them, my co-workers love them and they are my fiance's close second favourite treat (the first is a brown butter, white chocolate and strawberry blondie that I came up with mixing several recipes). It's an amazing recipe and a safe bet every time ❤
