Dear chef, I can not thank you enough for this recipe. I reside in Oman, and I know how authentic this turned out to use in my Mediterranean dishes. I tried thom but was looking for something subtle in taste. The taste is exactly like what we get in Lebanese restaurants. I usually do not comment on a video but have to give credit to kun foods for this amazing recipe the taste was absolutely perfect, just an addition I made was to add 2 more tbsp of lemon to make the sauce thicker. Just loved the recipe JazakAllah kher
