Couple of suggestions.. try juicing SEEDED watermelon instead of the seedless (it’s GMO and full of sugar and starch)… also.. try using seeded cucumbers and add keylime juice to give that tang flavor instead of using pickles and pickle juice (very high in sodium and unnatural ingredients)….

Some tips: 
1. Add leafy greens to your juice (provides your body sufficient oxygen, iron, calcium, and many essential minerals that’s good for your lymphatic system and organ function)

2. Add herbal teas to your fast .. some examples of teas: dandelion tea, burdock root tea, elderberry tea. (Feel free to add organic ginger, key lime, and a healthy sweetener for Flavor … I recommend using date syrup or a little agave for sweeteners)

Something that you will enjoy is cucumbers 🥒 apples 🍎  and pineapples 🍍 and juice a lemon 🍋 with the peels. It's very good medicinally for your body.

Tip. Strain the liquid to get rid of the extra pulp at the top so f the jar. Keep it up. You are doing a great job. 🎉

Add a little fresh mint in a couple of them so you do not get constipated.  Also, to ease back into eating meat after, my dietian had me drink hot Dandelion Tea.  I got this from a natural grocer.
