When I graduated college, my mom wanted to give me the downpayment to buy a condo together, with me making the mortgage payments and us sharing ownership. I said no for several reasons. When I hear calls like this, I'm so glad I said no.

I wish I would have known about this show back in the day before I bought a house with my mom. It's now been almost ten years and we haven't spoken to each other because of Complications of the purchase. Please don't buy a home unless it's with your spouse. Period

Everything these two are saying , 100% right . Alcoholism is hard to deal with , the person goes to rehab , months later crashes again , and again , . I pray this young lady does what's right in her life. We used to have a few Camry and they last for decades and miles ( we had 350K on our vehicle .......Love Toyota Camry !!!!

I hope she can break these generational curses in her family tree. Her grandmother asked her to buy a truck for her and her dad is an alcoholic with terrible credit. I feel bad for her. She has probably never been shown anything right

We need to make small weddings popular again. They are trying to get out of debt and get married. Why would you go into debt to get married? Frugality needs to be popular again.
