Randy, I am a bit BEHIND on watching your videos . . . so will start catching up! This Valley Forge family video is the kind you make that I enjoy most, as you know. The Smith Family Christmas Card! Two of my direct-line ancestors spent the winter of 1777 in Valley Forge. I have visited this site in the winter on purpose so I might get a sense of what it might be like. Everyone should do so, to understand the sacrifice soldiers made to win freedom for all of us. I grew up and was raised in that area. It is a magical place. Im glad you got to experience just a fragment of what i grew up with. Im a grad of Conestoga High School class of 96'. Literally a few miles from Valley Forge. Thank you for sharing this vid. You have a magical, beautiful family!

I just experienced Valley Forge after I had participated as a Sons of the American Revolution member at the Battle of Monmouth. I fell in love with the Forge.
