Jason, from us lifelong sufferers of ADHD (I’m 43 yo), THANK YOU!!! You have helped me and many of my clients so much. Combined with other strategies, tracks like this one really do help! Please keep cranking out more of these tracks for people with ADHD.
As a professional mental health counselor and neurobiology nerd, I wish some researchers. would conduct more studies in this space.

I'm studying the moon and sun as I listen, yet I'm in a relaxed state and not under pressure to learn. What a wonderful tool you have made to help study effectively yet gently. No pressure. One of my new favorites. Thank you.

@user-zy4vu6kc5z

hot off the PRESS!! thanks for all your excellent work!

@mrbubz6942

This is so soothing, i feel it in my heart. I needed this, having adhd and stressing isnt fun. Thank you for creating this masterpiece πŸ’œ

@nateblack972

This surprised me how effective it is for focus. Not too sleepy sounding. Just repeating chords and melody in a way that isn't noticeably repetitive. Thanks for creating these! Very helpful! πŸ’―

@benjamincattau9010

How does this only have 482 likes??? Clearly people too focused on their work to hit the like button. Love this one!

@RodHartzell

Boom! Just like that the distractions fall away and intensity of focus returns. Funny how something inaudible can be so effective. Thank you for another masterpiece, sir, Jason.

@bethfreeman718

So exactly what I needed today! Nice and calm and then the tones kick in and glue my eyes to the work <3<3<3 (except to come and comment!) Thanks Jason!

@SandmaN1971

@MindAmend Ahhh... just when we needed a new calm focusing mix, the doctor delivered! Thanks as always, Jason! :)

@marieswoboda5965

Thank you so much. I'm studying for an important exam atm and thus I'm quite stressed; I feel like your music is the only thing that's keeping me sane.

@LauraSmall-q4x

My go-to background music for when I need to get shit done at work 🫑

@soncyco02

Finally, with this, now i don't need to hear those none - isochronic tones ambient music anymore. Love from Vietnam

@deepwaters7242

Yessss! Just in time for the new semester.

@Sasha_S99

Ooh just found this older one of yours and absolutely love it! It gives me fantasy, open world rpg vibes (kinda like Skyrim, Hogwarts Legacy, etc.). So soothing!

@christineLeft.

Bro, my graduate school apps are due today and my personal statement isn't even written, thank you for this, perfect timing! 😭

@danielroccisano9476

This music sure does reach my heart πŸ’“

@laylarose1063

I love this so much! Parts of it remind me of the beginning of some of my favorite 80s songs by Madonna or George Michael, right before the actual music starts. Like something wonderful is about to happen. Makes me feel really good. I realized I hadn't actually clicked "Like" before writing this comment. ADHD is a wondrous thing. LOL I wish this was about 10 hours long so I could listen to it for sleep as well. Also the dichotomy of the calm music to the imagery of volcanic eruption is quite interesting. Hot lava - calming music.

@lindachatrin7221

This works better then medication....However Im using meds, brainwaves, meditation/ powernaps. But binaural beats with isothronic is my secret weapon to "survive" a life with servere adhd....β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»
May i ask if you also have adhd... i dont think you can have such a passion and great knowledge about adhd without experience....❀

@hreedwork
