Lots of “Holes” in “How” they did what. I get the Seattle deal breakdown, but only doing REI for a year, had a cold call agency with 30 VA Agents? Was that for internal leads or selling them to other investors?
Hey Jerry, if I’m using the double dip technique/duel agency and the listing agent is representing me on the buy side as my buyers agent when I assign my contract to the assignee. Is the agent still representing me or is the agent representing the assignee at closing?And should the agent be aware that I’m assigning my contract to another buyer? If so does the agent need to be in contact with the assignee after I assign my contract? I’m sure I’m not the only person that has these questions. Can you do a video breaking it down for us, and remember Jerry, you’re a flipping genius!!!

I love land and commercial deals. I leave my fees as an equity partner for just out of the arbitration. Most syndicates look for lmd or stake holders anyways.
