Don't give up on Ohio:
I was born and now live in Ohio. I have been a registered Democrat my entire life and I am begging the Democratic party to not concede Ohio in this election cycle.  Remember the following:
• Ohio protests to the Vietnam War were key to stopping the war (think about the shootings of protesters by the National Guard at Kent State University).
• Ohio's economy has been damaged by Globalization.
• Biden Administration designation for Ohio to be one of the states identified in their plan to in-source semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ohio State House Republicans pass and the Republican Governor signs a bill limiting women to getting an abortion to the 6th week of a pregnancy.   
• Ohio votes to prevent State House Republicans and the Republican Governor from changing the vote requirement for passing the 2023 "Ohio abortion referendum" to amend the State's constitution to require 60% of the vote. 
    note: The Ohio State House Republicans schedule this vote in June, 2023 for the middle of August, 2023 to minimize turnout and increase to the
              likelyhood that the measure would pass.  Ohioans turned out for this special vote and soundly defeated the measure.
• Ohio congressional maps redrawn because the maps drawn following the 2020 Census by the Ohio State House Republicans were found to not comply with an amendment to the state's constitution banning using political gerrymandering to draw Ohio congressional maps.
• Ohio votes for Issue 1 ("Right to Make Reproductive Decisions Including Abortion") in the November 2023 election.
• Ohio State House Republicans pass and overturn the Republican Governor's veto for HB 8, a bill modeled after Florida’s “Don’t Say LGBTQ+” bill, and HB 68, which, as amended, would prohibit gender affirming care for transgender youth as well as ban transgender students from participating in school sports consistent with their gender identity.
• Ohio's 2024 US Senate race and Senator Sharrod Brown's re-election.
