Thank you so much for this tribute to Dyches. While I did not know him personally, I sometimes felt like I did - due to his warm, easily-accessible nature. I have listened to many speakers but I only bought from a few and Dyches was at the top of my list. He was knowledgeable and, as you mentioned, loved to share his wisdom without ever being arrogant. I'm in Greenville and any time he came to the creia group or anywhere nearby, I always went to hear him. Even after listening to him many times, I always learned something new. Yes, unfortunately, it seems many have not learned what humility means but Dyches definitely exemplified this wonderful characteristic. I would also like to say that I see that same characteristic in you as well. Thank you, Dyches, and thank you, Chad.

Great tribute, Chad. Having had the opportunity to meet Dyches and attend a couple of his classes, I think you nailed it. He was a great man and a wealth of knowledge. Keep up the good work!

Dyches, โ€œthe Professorโ€, was such a legendary Real Estate Investor and educator. The industry lost a giant this year. Great tribute, Chad!
