Just don't give up meditate, sleep, breathing exercise, physical exercise, It feels impossible But it's possible I went through it 4 years ago And now I've become stronger than ever.... ! My dog and I fall asleep to this every night, plays on my speaker. The most soothing thing in the world. It also helps prepare my dog for rainy/stormy nights as she’s always afraid of them, been working good so far!

My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
