This. This is the recipe Iβve been waiting for. My life finally has meaning.
To me, broccoli is one of the best veggies and making it in different ways makes it top tier!!!π
I pan fry broccoli with butter uncovered till it's cooked and golden. Then I add salt and pepper, switch off the flame and cheese and cover with a lid till cheese melts. I wish I were keto so I could eat this everyday π
That sauce is awesome. I put it in everything. Salad, pasta, rice. Thank you for sharing
Honestly I love broccoli so much I can eat it all with just lemon and salt π and I always eat the stems they're BANGIN
something about her reminds me of my favorite teachers <3
This morning I woke up and said βwell I have an entire head of broccoli that needs to be eatenβ¦.just gotta figure out to do with itβ and this comes up on my page !
Tahini Sauce: tahini, Sriracha, sweet chili sauce Broccoli: toss in olive oil, cornflake crumbs, paprika, nutritional yeast, cornstarch Why can't that be at the top of every video?? So much easier with measurements too.
You could cut up the stems and roast them along with the florets. It doesn't look as cute but there's no need to treat the two parts of the broccoli differently. The stems will be just as delicious with the sauce! I even prefer them over the florets.
I DESPISE BREADING THINGS, TOO!!! OMG!!!! I thought I was just a bad cook. πππ
You should try frying long-stem broccoli in a pan with a bit of soy (not too much, maybe 2 or 3 teaspoons). It's so good and crunchy, and you can add any other spices you want! We add them to sir-frys normally.
Thats amazing, trying it today, thank you!
Huh! My mom actually cooks cauliflower with tahini sauce. First she cuts and washes the cauliflower. She lets them dry completely on a towel. Then she fries them until golden.(sure for healthier use oven or air fryer). Drains them in a colander while preparing tahini sauce and lets it cook over the stove. Adds water if necessary and lets it get homogenous. Drops the cauliflower into the tahini sauce and lets it simmer a bit. Two minutes. Serve with rice. Sticks of carrots and bell peppers on tye side might be a good addition if the taste is too salty or creamy as well. It's an old recipe from her hometown. Really comforting in the winter.
that actually looks like something I'd eat
Omg thanks for the inspo. I have 2 huge heads of broccoli in the fridge. I know what to do now. π₯¦π₯¦
