Re boxing, moving/dancing feet with a weighted backpack elevates the exercise several levels than a static 1-2. Add a dumbbell weight per hand, a resistance band, heavy boots on feet and throw in some kicks/knees/elbows as you progress

There’s an exercise called Vacuums look it up start doing them I weighed 285 started doing Vacuums after I learned about them I am down to 220 it’s taking me about a 7 months to do that I have done other exercises along with it but the Vacuum exercises best thing I’ve ever done for getting rid of stomach fat
