How can someone outside USA or Europe get any help from your holistic approach to ADHD? I think your explanation and indication of various underlying issues if addressed can helpful for lot of other people from around the world. Really appreciate what you are doing, thanks a lot!

My problem is just ADD; I have a skull defect which has herniated 15mm of my ceribelum I to my spine, and the medications that help my neuropathy cause ADD type symptoms, in what my neurologist called chemical ADD. I also have dyscalulia, and PTSD.

I had tried adderall, atomoxetine, also L-DOPA and tyrosine, and nothing changed, so it's complex problem
