Wholesaling is literally doushe work…. I used to do it. No matter which way you say it you’re trying to take someone’s house far below value pretend to be the buyer and sell it to someone else to make the money pretending you’re the seller…. Stop trying to make it seem anything else than what it is you look for desperate ppl to act like you’re helping them Instead of having a fiduciary responsibility and represent the seller or buyer you’d rather just represent yourself and make money in the middle Moneys money but today pretend you’re better than any other wholesaler you’re all wholesalers
